Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM Temp-to-hire Overview Our client, a leading precision manufacturing company serving the aerospace and industrial markets, is seeking an experienced CMM Programmer / Operator. The company specializes in producing high-precision machined components and assemblies. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with competitive pay and a Monday-Friday schedule. Key Responsibilities Operate and program Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) to measure dimensions of machined parts. Read and interpret blueprints, CAD models, and schematics to determine inspection requirements. Set up, calibrate, and maintain CMM equipment to ensure measurement accuracy. Perform inspections using precision instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges. Conduct quality control checks to ensure parts meet exact specifications and tolerances. Document and report inspection results accurately. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve measurement or quality issues. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Required Skills & Qualifications Proficiency with PC-DMIS software for CMM programming and operation. Strong blueprint reading skills and ability to interpret CAD models. Knowledge of machining processes, tooling, and part assemblies. Experience in quality assurance and quality control procedures. Skilled in using precision measuring instruments accurately. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and mathematical skills. High attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.Why Apply Competitive pay:
