Job Description
Scale House Associate $21-$22/hr, Aurora, CO Mon-Fri 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Responsibilities Greet drivers and verify shipment details using warehouse management systems and inventory management software. Control access to the facility's scale house and yard gate, ensuring compliance with safety and trade regulations. Record inbound and outbound shipments accurately through data entry and ERP systems such as AS400 or similar platforms. Conduct basic math calculations for weight verification, load balancing, and inventory adjustments. Maintain detailed logs of vehicle movements, shipment statuses, and incident reports for audit purposes. Experience Prior experience working in warehouse operations or distribution centers is highly preferred. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, and ERP platforms such as AS400 or MRP systems. Hands-on experience with shipping logistics, order picking & packing, and using equipment like forklifts or pallet jacks. Basic math skills for weight calculations, measurements, and inventory adjustments.
