Why This Opportunity Stands Out Direct visibility and collaboration with department leadership Critical role supporting quality, compliance, and operational initiatives Opportunity to contribute to both digital and manual process improvements Hands-on position with meaningful impact on product quality and accuracy Stable, team-oriented manufacturing environment Key Responsibilities Prepare, review, and proof product labels to ensure accuracy and compliance with GMP and quality standards Partner with IT and internal stakeholders to troubleshoot ERP system issues affecting labeling and documentation processes Maintain quality documentation, records, and administrative files with a high level of accuracy and organization Support manual quality control processes to help ensure product integrity and regulatory compliance Assist with data entry, reporting, and various administrative functions within the Quality department Provide flexible support for special projects and departmental initiatives as needed Qualifications 2+ years of administrative, quality, or compliance-related experience in a manufacturing or regulated environment Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or Quality Systems experience preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in repetitive, process-driven tasks Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Compensation $43,000 - $48,000 annually Click here to apply online #
