Receiving X-Ray AssociateJob Details Receiving X-Ray Associate - Contract /
This is a repetitive, detail-oriented position involving the receiving and X-raying of incoming parts and materials. The ideal candidate must be comfortable performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
The position will also support general receiving, inventory, and material handling activities as needed.
Duties and ResponsibilitiesReceive incoming parts, materials, and electronic componentsPerform X-ray inspection of incoming itemsVerify part numbers, quantities, and contents against receiving documentationAccurately follow established inspection and receiving proceduresIdentify and report damaged, incorrect, or non-conforming materialsDocument inspection results and maintain accurate recordsSupport inventory control and material trackingLabel, stage, and move materials within the receiving areaCommunicate discrepancies to supervisors, Quality, and other appropriate departmentsFollow quality, ESD, and safety proceduresMaintain a clean and organized work areaAssist with additional receiving and material handling activities as neededQualificationsPrevious receiving, warehouse, inspection, or manufacturing experience preferredStrong attention to detail requiredMust be comfortable performing repetitive receiving and X-ray inspection tasks throughout the shiftAbility to accurately verify part numbers, quantities, labels, and documentationComfortable learning and operating X-ray/inspection equipment; training will be providedBasic computer and data-entry skillsStrong organizational skillsAbility to follow detailed procedures and work instructionsAbility to work independently while maintaining consistent accuracyAbility to lift and move materials as requiredAdditional RequirementsBackground check requiredDrug screening required, including THCTemp-to-Perm opportunityOnsite position in Seymour, CTNo remote work availableCompany OverviewFounded in 2010, Top Prospect Group was created with a focus on matching high-quality candidates with top clients while fostering an environment where success is shared by all.
