RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage incoming material quality and resolve supplier related quality failures, corrective actions, and preventive actions.
• Develop, implement, and improve internal quality programs, including tracking, analyzing, reporting and problem solving.
• Conduct regular quality walkthroughs/audits and guide floor personnel in proper techniques.
• Develop quality standards, testing and inspection methods to improve and ensure outgoing product and service quality and conformance.
• Manage customer complaint process, coordinating with various departments to resolve nonconformances, RMAs and product dispositions.
• Analyze root cause, corrective and preventive action to respond to systemic and process related deficiencies. Maintain corrective action response system (CAR).
• Monitor and Manage ECRs, ensure the change process is being followed by all departments.
• Establish and maintain quality record keeping ensuring accurate and timely reporting of quality data.
• Conduct audits, close out audit findings, create audit reports and determine proper corrective and preventive actions.
• May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in manufacturing, preferably in quality control, quality assurance, technical or operations role
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, effectively present information and respond to questions.
• Proficiency with creating and maintaining quality and operational documentation. strong
• Strong data management skills, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong aptitude for critical thinking and problem solving- curious, logical, and methodical.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Adhere to company policies, safety regulations and OSHA requirements.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Self-Starting accountable individual, taking lead and ownership on addressing challenges.
• Ability to maintain focus while working in time critical situations.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Prolonged periods standing, walking, sitting, climbing stairs, reaching and manipulating objects, tools or controls.

OTHER INFORMATION

Full time position, Monday - Friday, first shift, overtime as is required to complete job duties. Waterline Renewal Technolgoies is a manufacturing environment with working conditions that are consistent with typical manufacturing companies. The noise level is typical with machines, background noises, telephone and personal interruptions. Sections of the work area are exposed to seasonal heat and cold conditions.

Pay:

$60,000.00 per year
