QC Inspector - Floral Industry Miami Area Direct Hire TempExperts is seeking an experienced QC Inspector in the Miami area with a background in the floral industry to ensure flowers and floral products meet established quality, freshness, appearance, and packaging standards before shipment to customers.

Responsibilities:

Inspect incoming flowers and floral products for freshness, quality, color, size, and overall appearance. Identify damaged, wilted, diseased, or otherwise unacceptable flowers and products. Ensure products meet customer specifications and company quality standards. Monitor proper handling, storage, temperature, and packaging requirements. Perform quality checks throughout receiving, processing, and shipping. Inspect finished orders prior to shipment for accuracy and presentation. Document quality issues and communicate discrepancies to supervisors and appropriate departments. Maintain accurate QC records and reports. Work closely with warehouse, production, purchasing, and operations teams to resolve quality concerns. Follow all product safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.

Qualifications:

Previous quality control or inspection experience in the floral industry is highly preferred . Knowledge of fresh-cut flowers, floral products, and proper handling and storage practices. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues quickly. Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled warehouse environment. Good organizational and communication skills. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift or move floral boxes as needed. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. TempExperts is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
