CONTROL INSPECTOR

Location:

Ft Myers, FL $19/hr | Monday-Friday | 6:30AM-3:00PM Overtime Available & Required as Needed Are you detail-oriented and passionate about quality? We're looking for a Quality Control Inspector to join a fast-paced manufacturing team where your work directly impacts product excellence and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do:

Perform quality inspections throughout the production process Inspect parts for defects, finish quality, and non-conforming issues Record and analyze inspection and test data accurately Conduct floor audits and support continuous improvement efforts Help identify root causes of quality issues and corrective actions Communicate quality alerts and collaborate with production teams Ensure products meet company and industry standards

What We're Looking For:

Quality inspection experience Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Good communication and teamwork skills Strong hand-eye coordination skills Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 25 lbs independently and up to 80 lbs with assistance Must be comfortable standing, walking, and performing inspections throughout the shift If you're dependable, quality-focused, and ready to grow with a great team, apply today!
