Are you a Machine Operator or Team Lead with a "quality-first" mindset? If you have experience in manufacturing and a stable work history, we want you on our team!
The Pay & Schedule:
Base Pay:
$21.00/hour.
Shift Differential:
+$1.00/hour for overnights!
Total Hourly:
$22.00/hour.
Schedule:
2-2-3 Rotation (Work only 15 days a month and enjoy every other weekend off!). What You ll

You will ensure our products meet the highest standards for safety and taste by: Performing chemical and physical analysis on raw materials and finished batches. Checking process control parameters (secure seal, torque, and seam checks). Stopping production when food safety or quality is in question. You don't need a "Quality" title, but you do need manufacturing experience (Machine Operators and Leads who handled quality checks are a great fit!).
