GED Full Job Description Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required. Basic understanding of quality control principles and inspection techniques. Proficient in English. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in a manufacturing or production quality assurance role. Proficiency with quality documentation software and data entry. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine and non-routine inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards. Document inspection results by completing reports and logs, summarizing rework and waste, and inputting data into quality management systems. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify root causes of quality issues and recommend corrective and preventive actions. Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality procedures and standards, and escalate any deviations promptly. Participate in internal and external audits, supporting compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
