Akkodis is seeking an IQA Technician II for a Contract with a client in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate will perform detailed incoming inspection of materials and components to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Rate Range:
$24/Hour to $25/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
IQA Technician II Responsibilities include:
Perform incoming material inspections using precision measuring tools, gauges, and visual inspection techniques to ensure product quality and compliance. Review drawings, specifications, and sampling plans to verify materials meet engineering, quality, and regulatory requirements. Operate inspection equipment and testing instruments to evaluate components used in medical device manufacturing. Document non-conformances, inspection results, and quality records in accordance with FDA, GMP, ISO, and company standards. Support troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and manufacturing processes. Accept or reject supplier materials based on inspection findings and ensure only compliant products are released for production.
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required; additional quality or technical training is preferred. 2-5 years of experience in quality inspection, manufacturing, or a regulated industry environment. Hands-on experience with measurement equipment, gauges, blueprint reading, and inspection sampling techniques. Working knowledge of FDA, GMP, and
ISO 13485

Pay Details:
