CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct titratable salinity, titratable acidity, pH, viscosity, and other sensory tests Rapid micro testing Quality inspection of products prior to packaging and shipping Works closely with R & D team and upper management Work on production floor and lab (this is NOT specific to only Lab work) Work with customers and other areas assigned by management

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree required in Chemistry, Biology, Food Science or related science discipline Laboratory testing experience through school, internship, or previous employment Comfortable working both in a laboratory and on a manufacturing/production floor Strong attention to detail Ability to perform repetitive testing accurately Strong communication skills Strongly preferred Food manufacturing or food/beverage experience Experience with: pH testing titratable acidity titratable salinity viscosity sensory evaluation rapid microbiological testing HACCP/GMP/food safety exposure Quality Control or Quality Assurance internship experience

SHIFT:

8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through

Friday PAY:
