Job Description

Position Description:
The Final Quality Inspector is responsible for upholding the facility's quality standards across the entire production lifecycle. You will verify that raw materials, work-in-process (WIP), and finished brake pads meet all technical specifications. By utilizing advanced measurement tools and analytical methods, you ensure that only the highest quality components move from our facility to the logistics department.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand the whole quality policy and procedures about raw materials, working in process and final parts to effectively keep the good quality.
  • Monitor and check each line for timely control of good quality.
  • Learn how to use all necessary quality measurements and check tools like size, thickness, compressibility, hardness, scratches etc.
  • Provide immediate feedback whenever defective parts are discovered with recommendable solutions.
  • Keep all data related to quality control and quality assurance in whole processes.
  • Maintain cleanness for inspection rooms.
  • Keep all inspection machines and tools clean to be ready to use all the time.
  • Monitor for any defective parts and materials separated in confined boxes or storage.
  • Understand the root-cause analysis method and procedures.
  • Follow work instructions and checklist for standard operation procedure.
Pay:
$15.00 per hour
