Job Description

About the Role As a Quality Assurance Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity and performance of high-capacity commercial packaging systems. By leveraging your technical expertise in mechanical and electrical systems, you will drive operational excellence and ensure our production lines meet rigorous performance standards. Responsibilities Configure and calibrate complex commercial packaging machinery to ensure optimal output. Diagnose and resolve mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical system malfunctions to minimize downtime. Interpret detailed engineering blueprints and schematics to guide precise equipment adjustments. Execute rigorous testing protocols to validate that all machinery meets safety and operational benchmarks. Utilize precision measurement tools and shop math to ensure component accuracy during setup. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline production workflows and improve equipment reliability. Qualifications Required Skills High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Demonstrated proficiency in equipment troubleshooting and mechanical diagnostics. Proven ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and schematics. Strong communication skills to effectively report technical issues and progress. Preferred Skills Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance Technology or a related field. 2-5 years of hands-on experience in industrial electrical or mechanical maintenance. National Career Readiness Certificate (Silver level or higher).
