Qualifications/Requirements Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Quality, Engineering or related field of study. Or equivalent combination of training and relevant work experience.Skills/Experience:
Three years of experience in Quality. Understanding of Quality programs, Six Sigma & audit procedures forISO, SQF & HACCP.
Working knowledge of customer audits, product line, and requirements. Proven ability to identify & prioritize major areas of opportunity & take appropriate actions. Proficient computer skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle confidential information. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to work a flexible schedule. Travel as needed.Personality/Attributes:
Safety‑driven mindset with proactive risk‑reduction behaviour. Detail‑oriented and committed to quality and compliance. Effective communicator who maintains strong working relationships. Calm, decisive, and effective during emergencies. Reliable, accountable, and consistent in expectations and follow‑through.Additional Requirements:
PPE Required- Requirements are proper hearing protection, safety glasses (prescription if required), steel-toed shoes, hairnet, and beard net. Information Ordering
- The ability to arrange things or actions in a certain order or pattern according to a specific rule or set of rules (e.g., patterns of numbers, letters, words, pictures, mathematical operations) Near Vision
- The ability to see details at close range (within a few feet of the observer). The ability to distinguish between slight variations in color. Extent Flexibility
- The ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach with your body, arms, and/or legs. Wrist-Finger Speed
- The ability to make fast, simple, repeated movements of the fingers, hands, and wrists. Multi-limb Coordination
- The ability to use multi-limbs to climb stairs and ladders. Lifting Requirements
- Ability to lift 35 pounds over head to total height of six feet repetitively. Walking/Standing
- Requirements ability to walk and or stand for 8 hours per day.
