Charlotte, NC Irving, TX Tempe, AZ Onsite Contract Starts 9/17/2026 Ends 9/16/2027 Job Description Genesis10 is currently seeking a KYC Quality Control Specialist for a hybrid position with a Global Financial Institution located in West Des Moines, IA; Charlotte, NC; Irving, TX; or Tempe, AZ. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. This rolepletes Know Your Customer (KYC) reviews and quality controls related to contract packages for new merchant services accounts prior to onboarding. In this role, you willplete CIP/CDD activities aligned with AML policy and work within the internal boarding platform. This hybrid position requires amitment to be on-site a minimum of 3 days per week.

Responsibilities:

Support Operations inpleting larger and moreplex business, operational, and customer support initiatives Complete Know Your Customer reviews prior to account opening Use technical expertise in the designated area and resolve escalated issues Provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and customer support Performplex operational and customer support initiatives within the Operations functional area Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals Assist staff, managers, and colleagues and provide guidance and interpretation of policies and procedures technical knowledge and expertise to perform work and action requests

Requirements:

2+ years of administrative or business support experience A minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience and strong working knowledge of the Know your Customer (KYC), AML, BSA, CIP and CDDpliance processes Proven experience in quality monitoring and/or assurance Excellentmunication skills, both written and verbal Demonstrated ability to handle high-volume workloads and adnce to SLAs Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Desired skills: Minimum 2 years of banking experience Underwriting experience Pay range: $16.56 - $24.56 per hour Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
