Job Description
Our precision manufacturing plant located in Arlington Heights, IL, is looking for a skilled CMM Programmer/Quality Technician to join our team. This permanent, first-shift role provides a stable environment with excellent opportunities for professional advancement. Core Duties Develop and run programs on Zeiss CMM equipment utilizing CALYPSO software Conduct precise dimensional evaluations on components with strict tolerance requirements Analyze engineering schematics, blueprints, and GD&T specifications to ensure compliance Ensure all quality records are accurate and finalize comprehensive inspection documentation Collaborate with production and engineering staff to help identify and solve quality-related challenges Professional Qualifications Minimum of two years spent programming CMMs, with a preference for Zeiss/CALYPSO proficiency Comprehensive knowledge of GD&T standards Self-motivated professional capable of maintaining high levels of accuracy and detail Background in medical, aerospace, grinding, or precision machining environments is considered an asset Schedule and Compensation Standard first-shift hours Salary commensurate with your professional background
