Job Description

QA Specialist We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Specialist to support our Quality Department by inspecting incoming materials, purchased parts, labels, and other products to ensure they meet company, supplier, and customer requirements. Responsibilities Perform incoming inspections on materials, parts, labels, and other products. Identify defects, damage, quantity discrepancies, and other quality issues. Verify dimensions and specifications using measuring tools and approved documentation. Document inspection results, rejected materials, and quality concerns. Support investigations, corrective actions, and customer or internal quality requests. Work with Quality, Production, Receiving, Engineering, Purchasing, and Customer Service to resolve issues. 1st
Shift Hours:
Monday
  • Thursday 7am
  • 3:30pm, Friday 6am
  • 2:30pm Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; experience in quality, manufacturing, printing, or inspection preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to read drawings, specifications, and inspection instructions. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Oracle. Ability to use rulers, calipers, gauges, barcode readers, and similar inspection tools. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with minimal supervision.
