The Quality Assurance Representative plays a key role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of documentation related to client orders and technician submissions. This position is responsible for reviewing incoming paperwork, identifying discrepancies, and confirming that clients receive the correct items and services. The role requires strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and effective communication across departments to support operational efficiency and service quality. Essential Functions
Review and process technician submissions and client order documentation to verify accuracy and completeness
Identify and resolve errors, inconsistencies, or missing information in submitted paperwork
Communicate with internal teams to clarify documentation and ensure timely resolution of issues
Provide guidance to field technicians regarding documentation requirements and corrections
Maintain organized digital records and ensure daily closure of documentation workflows
Monitor flagged submissions and coordinate follow-up for items requiring additional review
Collaborate on process improvements to enhance team efficiency and service delivery
Support remote team operations through timely communication and responsiveness via internal messaging platforms
Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications and requirements
High School diploma or equivalent
Proficiency in computer systems and digital documentation tools Ability to navigate client management and inventory platforms
Strong written and verbal communication skills Preferred
Prior experience in office or administrative roles
Background in healthcare, medical services, or durable medical equipment
Advanced computer skills, including efficient typing and digital file management
Familiarity with order processing workflows or quality assurance procedures Competencies and Skills
Attention To detail and analytical skills
Quality Control and documentation. Accurately reviews documentation and identifies discrepancies or missing information
Excellent communication and collaboration
Critical Thinking:
Investigates root causes of errors and applies sound judgement to resolves issues

Prioritizes tasks effectively and meets daily processing goals.
Job Management Communication Skills:
Clearly conveys information across teams and responds promptly via internal platforms.

Works constructively with technicians, leads, and cross-functional teams

Ability to work in a standard office environment.
Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time while working on a computer or attending meetings.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 15 pounds occasionally (e.g., event materials or promotional items).
