Job Title:

Inspector Job Description As an Inspector, you will be responsible for visually inspecting and checking plastic parts, ensuring they meet quality standards. You will use fixed gauges to test products for radial, plug, or thickness and perform gauge inspections at a specified rate per hour. 100% of inspections will be visual or with gauges, and training will be provided for gauge usage. Responsibilities Visually inspect and check plastic parts for quality. Reject and separate parts that do not meet standards due to quality, visual defects, color, burrs, chips, flashes, and cuts. Inform the inspection supervisor when parts do not meet quality standards. Use fixed gauges to test products for radial, plug, or thickness. Perform gauge inspections at a specified rate per hour. Pack parts and items into boxes, ensuring proper inspection of packaging dividers to prevent damage. Lift and handle products up to 20 lbs. Essential Skills Experience in inspecting, counting, sorting, and verifying products. Ability to document work processes accurately. Packing experience. Capability to lift up to 50 lbs. Experience with machine operating and measuring. Must have steel toe boots. Additional Skills & Qualifications Bilingual abilities, with proficiency in reading and writing in English, are highly preferred. Why Work Here? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
