Quality Technician Kress is looking for a full time Quality Technician to join our team in the development of specialized industrial equipment for steel, construction, and mining industries. The Quality Technician is responsible for inspecting and testing in a manufacturing environment to ensure compliance with company and industry quality standards. This role involves conducting detailed inspections, identifying defects, and working closely with Product Support and the Warehouse to resolve quality issues. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of manufacturing processes are essential for success in this role. Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute inspections based on engineering drawings and standards Initiate and document non-conforming process Provide quality related support to manufacturing, product support, and the warehouse Provide accurately documented measurement results Must maintain Kress Corporation safety standards at all times Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent required Minimum 2+ years' manufacturing inspection experience Proficient in interpreting engineering drawings and standards Must have experience using precision hand measuring tools Coordinate Measuring Machine and/or Romer experience preferred Kress Benefits
