Responsibilities Execute rigorous performance testing on pumps, fluid modules, tanks, and injectors to ensure operational excellence. Monitor and interpret real-time test data across multi-screen interfaces to identify performance trends and anomalies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot system failures and optimize testing workflows. Maintain precise documentation of test results to support data-driven engineering decisions. Manage independent testing cycles while maintaining strict adherence to safety and quality standards. Analyze complex datasets to provide actionable insights that improve component longevity and efficiency. Qualifications Required Skills Proficiency in computer-based testing environments and data manipulation software. Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and quality assurance. Proven ability to quickly learn and master new technical diagnostic tools. Effective communication skills for both independent work and team-based collaboration. Preferred Skills Hands-on experience with diesel engine systems and heavy equipment testing. Familiarity with technical software such as MATLAB or EDAQ. Background in mechanical or fluid power system diagnostics.
