Electroform is seeking an additional CMM Operator to support our expanding quality and inspection capabilities. This is a great opportunity for someone who has an interest in precision measurement, quality, and advanced manufacturing and is looking to develop their technical skills in a hands-on environment. We're looking for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, motivated to learn, and takes pride in doing quality work. Manufacturing or technical experience is a plus, but a strong willingness to learn and grow is just as important. Apply today !

Duties & Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CMM machines to inspect parts accurately. Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications for measurement. Perform dimensional inspections and evaluate measurements against tolerances. Document inspection results and generate reports for quality assurance. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor CMM equipment issues. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to address quality concerns. Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to safety protocols Assist in the development of quality control procedures and documentation.

Required Skills & Abilities:

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate work Willingness and ability to learn new equipment, software, and inspection techniques Ability to interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications. Ability to use precision measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, calipers, height gauges). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Dependable, organized, and willing to take initiative

Education & Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent Manufacturing or technical exposure is a plus but not required. Why Electroform?
