Full Job Description Compensation:

Role Overview:

Based in Moline, IL, this OFP Quality Engineer position at the Cylinder facility offers deep involvement in the full spectrum of quality assurance operations for the factory. The schedule for this role is 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM on the first shift.

Key Duties:

Help maintain high standards by managing processes related to scrap, non-conforming materials, the Material Review Board, and cleanliness verification. Serve as the main quality representative for various production areas, such as welding, plating, machining, and assembly, to ensure product excellence through active floor presence. Utilize data analysis to identify trends and lead effective corrective actions across production teams. Oversee essential quality reporting and ensure the ongoing functionality of automated systems like AAT and QDAS.

Pay Details and Benefits:

The standard hourly wage is $38.18, with non-exempt staff qualifying for 1.5x overtime pay for hours exceeding 40 per week or as mandated by regional regulations. Final compensation is based on your specific qualifications, education, and professional background.
