Job Description

IPQA (Quality Assurance) PROMAN Staffing is Hiring! PROMAN Staffing is currently seeking experienced Quality Inspectors / Quality Assurance Associates for a growing manufacturing operation. Pay $24.00

•$30.00 per hour, based on experience Available Shifts 1st

•8:00 AM Must be flexible with work hours and available for overtime as needed. Hours may be adjusted to provide coverage during vacations and business needs. Responsibilities Conduct inspections of in-process and finished products using established procedures to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards. Monitor critical control points, line clearances, and cleanliness requirements prior to production. Review Batch Manufacturing Records and related documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance. Verify Batch History Record changeover documentation. Verify calibration status of manufacturing equipment and instruments. Collect, label, and submit samples for laboratory testing and inspection. Ensure compliance with cGMP requirements and Good Documentation Practices. Enforce controlled document usage throughout the manufacturing floor. Issue Nonconformance Reports for quality-related concerns. Escalate quality issues to Quality Management as required. Place quality holds on non-conforming products and ensure proper segregation. Participate in root cause investigations and support CAPA implementation efforts. Oversee product rework activities and inspect reworked products to ensure compliance with customer requirements. Maintain accurate quality records and documentation. Complete additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a Science-related field required (Biology, Chemistry, Microbiology, Food Science, or related discipline). Minimum 2 years of Quality or Manufacturing experience in a cGMP-regulated environment preferred. Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify aesthetic and quality defects. Strong planning, organizational, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Ability to provide Quality Oversight within a manufacturing setting. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer-based systems. Resume required.
