SUMMARY Perform, evaluate, report, and maintain quality inspection and laboratory testing results for products sourced from suppliers to ensure compliance with customer requirements and
ANSI/ASME
specifications. Conduct mechanical testing on products to verify physical characteristics and monitor internal production processes, supporting objectives such as quality control, process optimization, and product development.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Responsibilities:
Test and document products in compliance with
ANSI/ASME
process requirements Trouble-shoots manufacturing issues & diagnose product failures Evaluate and identify customer samples Conduct evaluations, analysis, and tests of factory and competitor products Maintain Technical Center equipment(laboratory) Provide internal technical support
Quality Assurance:
Suggests process for continuous improvement Verify conformity of incoming products through inspection and measurement Conduct regular audits to ensure the quality of internally assembled products meets the customer requirements and standards Evaluate, analyze, and diagnose product failures reported the customer complains(RMA) to identify root causes Develop and implement effective solutions to help Production Department Adheres to and follows the facility Quality Management System(QMS) in all documentation and business actions to maintain consistency and quality Identify non-conformance products, report them digitally, and initiate quarantine procedures to prevent further use or distribution
Documentation:
Record calibration for all laboratory equipment Maintain accurate records, results, and digital reports of inspections and any identified issues Maintain the laboratory manual including standard operating procedures Coordinate and track outsource testing results as needed for product validation
Pay:
$55,000 minimum.

Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to use a variety of precision measuring tools including micrometers and calipers Experienced with mechanical testing Capable of reading schematics & engineering drawings Capable of writing & maintaining receiving inspection and testing reports Must be physically able to lift/carry up to 50 lbs. Attention to detail
