Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable QC Technician to join our quality assurance team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance with industry regulations. This position requires a strong understanding of quality management systems, including ISO 9001 and ISO 13485, as well as familiarity with FDA regulations and HACCP principles. Duties Conduct thorough inspections of incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications. Utilize precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers to perform accurate measurements. Analyze data from inspections and tests to identify trends and areas for improvement. Document inspection results and maintain detailed records in accordance with quality management protocols. Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions as necessary. Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and policies. Requirements Proven experience in quality control or quality assurance roles, preferably within a manufacturing or laboratory environment. Proficiency in using measurement tools such as micrometers and calipers for precise evaluations. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
