Shifts:

6am-6pm or 6pm-6am The Quality Technician's responsibilities include but are not limited to: First Piece inspections Tool change and End of Run checks Grain flow/ laps and acid tests for surface discontinuities Line inspections of parts and paperwork Inspection for and containment of foreign/ suspect material Issuing and returning gages Gage calibration and maintenance Retention of records and samples Statistical Process Control and PPK studies Maintenance and cleaning of the Quality Lab, acid cabinets, and SPC stations
