3rd Shift Shapes Department Production Associate Location Fremont Indiana Pay 21.15 per hour Shift 3rd Shift 1000 PM to 630 AM Pro Resources is partnering with a leading residential glass manufacturing company in Fremont Indiana to hire a Shapes Department Production Associate. This position plays a key role in producing high quality residential glass products while meeting daily production goals in a fast paced manufacturing environment. Job Summary In this role you will be responsible for efficiently producing residential glass parts while maintaining quality and safety standards. Tasks will vary daily and are assigned by supervisors based on production needs. Key Responsibilities Produce residential glass parts by completing a variety of assigned tasks Perform physical duties including lifting stooping bending stacking and organizing materials Unload machinery and assist with packaging cutting assembling and handling glass materials Inspect materials and finished parts to identify and report quality issues Maintain a clean and safe work environment Job Requirements Industrial or manufacturing experience preferred Ability to use hand tools and operate machinery training provided Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively Willingness to submit to a criminal background check and drug screen High School Diploma or GED required Why Work With Us Competitive pay at 21.15 per hour Consistent 3rd shift schedule Opportunity to grow with a well established manufacturing company #Angola
