Description:

Quality Control (50%): Inspect and test milk and dairy products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards. Document and report any quality issues or deviations from standards. Work closely with the quality assurance to address and resolve quality concerns. Conduct regular audits and maintain quality control records. Receiving (50%): Receive and unload incoming shipments of milk and dairy products. Inspect containers for damage and verify that deliveries match purchase orders. Record and document received goods, including quantities and any discrepancies. Ensure proper storage and handling of liquid containers to maintain product integrity. Perform physical labor related to moving and organizing products.

Additional Responsibilities:

Clean and wash containers, equipment, and work areas to maintain a hygienic environment. Follow safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Collaborate with team members and other departments as needed.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or vocational training is a plus. Previous experience in a quality control or receiving role, preferably in a food or dairy plant, is highly desirable. Ability to perform physical tasks and lift heavy containers as required. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good organizational skills and the ability to document and report findings accurately.
