Shift:

Monday to Thursday, 6AM - 3PM; Friday, 6AM - 10

AM Essential Functions:

Read and interpret blueprints to determine best methods for programming CMM measurements Develop CMM programs for product characteristics and gauges Use PC-DMIS software to write CMM Programs Provide technical support for operators using CMM Maintain CMM PM logs and perform regular visual inspections of the equipment and fixtures Generate inspection reports as needed Ability to understand methods for measurement Ability to multitask to ensure projects are completed on time Work with Engineering group to support related activities as needed Improve CMM program cycle time and accuracy as needed Ability to learn Solidworks 3D modeling software Vision System Programming as needed Support in troubleshooting quality issues Conform to

ISO13485, 21 CFR

Part 820, and medical device industry requirements. Other work-related tasks as assigned

Competency:

PC DMIS software experience or like software is required. Ability to read blue prints Strong GD&T skills Good attention to detail Strong computer knowledge Familiar with machining processes Familiar with Solidworks Familiar with 3D part printing

Educational Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED preferred

Experience:

Medical Device manufacturing preferred
