Job Description
Job Duties:
- Inspect product visually and using measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, plug gauges. Impact test & measure. Record documentation as required.
- Verify work instruction and awareness sheets have been followed to assure products meet quality standards/internal & external (customer) requirements.
- Complete and assist in other tasks/projects as assigned by management.
Main Functions:
Visually inspect, test, audit and measure products and record documentation to assure products meet quality standards.Job Requirements:
- Occasional use throughout the day of various testing/handling of parts using measurement tools and equipment, which all require motion w/hands, fingers, arm, elbow & shoulder motions (push/pull, bend, grasp, reach).
- Lifting of 10
- 40 lbs. throughout the day
- need to remove boxes from skids of product to inspect parts.
- Standing and walking throughout the shift, with occasional desk work while recording documentation.
Schedule:
6:00 a.m.- 6:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday
- twelve (12) hours per day (three 20-minute break/lunch periods per day), four (4) days per week for a total of 48 hours per week.
