South Bend, IN, 46615 Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Management Associate (QMA) to join our team in South Bend, IN. The ideal candidate will have experience in quality management processes and a strong commitment to maintaining high standards of product and service quality. Key Responsibilities Assist in the development and implementation of quality management systems and procedures. Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards. Identify quality issues and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve them. Maintain accurate documentation related to quality control and assurance activities. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency. Provide training and guidance on quality standards and best practices to team members. Required Skills Proven experience as a Quality Management Associate (QMA) or in a similar quality assurance role. Strong knowledge of quality management principles and methodologies. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Familiarity with relevant quality standards and regulatory requirements. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in quality management is a plus. Experience with quality management software and tools is preferred.
