You will leverage your technical expertise to perform rigorous testing and data analysis, ensuring every output meets our stringent safety and performance standards while driving continuous improvement across the production floor. Responsibilities Collaborate with production staff to proactively resolve quality deviations and maintain operational excellence. Execute precise laboratory testing, including COF, tensile, bond strength, and tear analysis, to validate product specifications. Manage product quarantine protocols by evaluating defect severity and aligning outcomes with customer requirements. Generate comprehensive Certificates of Analysis (COA) and Certificates of Conformance (COC) to ensure regulatory and client transparency. Analyze testing trends and performance data to recommend process optimizations and mitigate out-of-spec conditions. Maintain meticulous quality documentation and records to uphold rigorous food safety and compliance standards. Provide technical guidance to machine operators regarding raw material quality and testing procedures. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent. Proven ability to perform complex mathematical conversions and utilize measurement tools like tape measures. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word. Demonstrated ability to follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety protocols. Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to adapt to shifting production priorities. Preferred Skills Prior experience in a quality control or assurance role within a manufacturing environment. Familiarity with SQF standards and food safety compliance programs. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on team-based problem solving.
