standards is a plus Experience Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in a Quality Control or Quality Assurance laboratory within a GMP-regulated environment Experience operating analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, IR, and UV/ VIS Experience/knowledge with using lab instrument Familiarity with Statistical Process Control (SPC), root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives Strong data analysis, documentation, and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively with Quality, Production, Regulatory, and R D teams Willingness to travel for training as needed Physical Capabilities Ability to stand for up to 4 hours at a time Frequent bending, stretching, and movement throughout the workday Ability to lift up to 45 pounds occasionally Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all laboratory safety procedures Comfortable working in both laboratory and manufacturing environments Job Duties Perform chemical testing of raw materials, production batches, line samples, and finished products Analyze and document test results while ensuring products meet quality specifications Calculate and recommend batch adjustments to support manufacturing requirements Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment and instrumentation Prepare and review Certificates of Analysis (COAs) and quality documentation SupportGMP, ISO
9001, andISO 14001
