$19.25 - $20.25 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 5 AM - 2:30

PMeducation:

High SchoolResponsibilities Part Inspection:

Visually and physically checking parts for defects, inconsistencies, or contamination.

Tool Usage:

Utilizing basic tools such as calipers, scales, magnifying glasses, and sometimes hand tools like rubber mallets or drill presses for sample preparation.

Documentation:

Recording inspection results, filing scrap tickets for rejected parts, and maintaining lot traceability.

Communication:

Reporting quality issues to the Quality Manager or production engineers to address the root cause of defects.

Education:

High School Diploma or GED.

Experience:

Some roles are "no experience necessary" (entry-level), while more senior technician roles may require 1-3 years of manufacturing or quality experience.

Skills:

• strong attention to detail (identifying small visual defects). Basic math and computer skills (MS Office). Ability to read and interpret part drawings/blueprints.

Physical Demands:
