Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Technician to join our manufacturing team. In this vital role, you will ensure that products meet rigorous quality standards through precise inspections, data analysis, and adherence to regulatory requirements. Your expertise will help maintain the integrity of our production processes, uphold compliance with industry standards such as cGMP and FDA regulations, and support continuous improvement initiatives. This is a great opportunity for new Graduates in the field of Chemistry, Biology, or related scientific field! Duties Collect and submit for testing samples from raw materials, finished goods, and in-process QA testing. Perform in-house testing on the materials as specifications require. Collect and analyze data related to quality metrics, non-conformance reports, and inspection results to identify trends and areas for process improvement. Support manufacturing teams by providing feedback on quality issues, assisting with root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions aligned with quality management systems. Assist in preparing for external audits by maintaining detailed records of quality inspections, audits, and compliance documentation. Assist in writing Standard Operating Procedures, trainings, and documents related to cGMP requirements and/or customer needs. Skills Knowledge of cGMP (Good Manufacturing Practice), FDA regulations, and HACCP principles. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software and quality management systems for data collection and analysis. Familiarity with regulatory/legal compliance standards in production environments and quality assurance processes such as Lean Six Sigma. Excellent analytical skills for conducting quality audits, dimensional measurements, and data interpretation. Basic math skills necessary for measurements, calculations, and statistical analysis related to quality control. Ability to work effectively within a team environment while maintaining attention to detail under tight deadlines.
Required:
