This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, can stay focused on repetitive tasks, and understands the importance of quality in the automotive industry. No previous quality inspection experience? That's okay! We provide training and will teach you the skills you need to succeed. What You'll Do Perform detailed visual inspections of automotive axles and components. Identify and document manufacturing defects using customer quality standards. Follow work instructions and quality procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Work safely in a manufacturing environment while meeting production expectations. What We're Looking For Exceptional attention to detail. Ability to stay focused during repetitive inspection work. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 35 pounds. High school diploma or GED preferred.
