Full Job Description Quality Technician Pay:
$19.25

Schedule:
Day Shift:
Mon
  • Thursday 7am
  • 5:30pm with some mandatory Fridays to meet production goals
Night Shift:
Mon
  • Thursday
  • 5:00pm
  • 3:30am with some mandatory Fridays production goals plus $3.
00 differential Position Overview We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented Quality Technicians to support a fast-paced industrial/manufacturing operation. Previous Quality Technician experience is preferred but not required. We are interested in candidates with hands-on experience in manufacturing, production, inspection, inventory/materials, mechanical/electrical work, maintenance, or other industrial environments. If you are comfortable following procedures, inspecting your work, identifying problems, documenting information, and working safely in an industrial environment, your experience may transfer well into this position. Responsibilities Inspect parts, materials, equipment, and/or finished products for quality and accuracy Identify defects, discrepancies, damage, or other quality concerns Follow work instructions, SOPs, specifications, and established quality procedures Perform visual inspections and basic measurements as required Accurately document inspection results and maintain quality records Verify materials, quantities, part numbers, and other information Assist with investigating quality or inventory discrepancies Communicate issues to supervisors, production teams, and other departments Use computers and company systems to enter and track information Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow all company safety and quality requirements Experience We're Looking For Candidates may come from backgrounds such as: Quality Control / Quality Inspection Manufacturing or Production Process Technician Parts or Receiving Inspection Inventory / Material Control Shipping & Receiving Mechanical or Electrical Assembly Industrial Maintenance Electrical or Mechanical Trades Warehouse or Logistics HSE / Industrial Safety Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a manufacturing, industrial, production, or warehouse environment Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies Experience inspecting parts, equipment, materials, or finished products Ability to follow written work instructions and procedures Basic computer skills; Excel, SAP, ERP, inventory, or manufacturing systems are a plus Mechanical or electrical aptitude is a plus Experience with measurements, gauges, testing, inventory reconciliation, or quality documentation is a plus Strong safety awareness Dependable and comfortable working as part of a team Formal quality experience is not required for every opening. Candidates with strong manufacturing, technical, inventory, inspection, or mechanical backgrounds are encouraged to apply. Compensation $19.25
