Dealers Truck Equipment Co.
Quality Control Position:
At Dealers Truck Equipment Co., LLC., our purpose of "Building Excellence Everyday" means being a caring, customer-focused team player who strives for excellence while getting the job done. In the Quality Control position, you will serve an important role for our entire branch as you provide exceptional quality control in our final inspection stage of building work trucks and vans. Your responsibilities will include inspecting and testing the products and equipment that we have installed on trucks and vans to make sure everything is built correctly and operating like it should be. Proper documentation will have to be filled out accurately during the process. This position is important as we desire to give our customers a quality finished product every time.
Quality Control Responsibilities:
  • Verify all work has been completed per work order
  • Visually inspect vehicles for proper installation and quality
  • Complete and install all certification labels and documents per inspection
  • Wash and clean vehicles when needed
  • Inspect and check-in vehicles when needed
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate well verbally and written
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and carry out tasks to completion
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Standing, walking, lifting, bending, climbing in the back of a pickup truck or inside a cargo van, laying on a creeper as necessary to thoroughly inspect vehicles during all seasons.
