Requirements:

High school diploma or GED 2-5 years of experience in electronics manufacturing or conformal coating operations Experience applying and inspecting conformal coatings on PCBAs Ability to read and interpret work instructions, drawings, and specifications Basic computer skills for documentation and data entry

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with acrylic, silicone, urethane, or parylene coatings IPC-A-610 and/or

IPC-7711/7721

certification preferred Experience with UV inspection equipment and cure verification

Responsibilities:

Apply conformal coating using approved methods (spray, brush, dip, automated systems) Perform masking and de-masking of components Operate and maintain conformal coating equipment Verify coating coverage per instructions/specifications Conduct visual/UV inspection to identify defects Execute rework/touch-up activities as needed Complete process documentation accurately Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term disability insurance, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
