Location:

N Billerica, MA Pay Range:

$24-28/hr Seeking an Incoming Inspector I to perform inspections and verify conformity of incoming materials and components in electronics manufacturing.

Job Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED required. Basic computer proficiency and data entry experience required.

Preferred Skills:

IPC-A-600, IPC-A-610, and

IPC-A-620

Certifications preferred. Minimum one year of manufacturing, inspection, or related experience preferred. Basic understanding of electronics manufacturing processes preferred. Experience with measurement tools and inspection equipment preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

Inspect incoming materials, components, PCBs, mechanical parts according to established procedures. Verify product conformity using engineering drawings and specifications. Perform first article inspections (FAI) and document results. Identify and communicate nonconforming materials and defects. Utilize measurement tools like gauges, microscopes, calipers for verification. Complete inspection reports accurately and timely.
