QC Inspector:

Inspect, test, and approve incoming material for compliance with written methods and specifications (attention to detail is critical) as required. Identity Workmanship, functional and material defects. Identify defects in manufacturing processes. Track manufacturing defects, issues, and resolutions reporting. Communicate defects to production managers and suppliers as required. Follows set guidelines and procedures for department/company processes. Reading schematics and specifications to ensure that operations meet production standards. Recommending any necessary adjustments and changes to production processes. Flagging products that don't meet production standards and recommending strategies to improve product quality. Accepting or rejecting finished products and discussing inspection results with the production team. Performing inspections at random to assess product quality. Recording inspection results by completing reports, summarizing re-works and wastes and inputting data into the quality database. Qualifications of the

QC Inspector:

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. Proficient in basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Experience operating equipment safely and efficiently. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
