Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Quality Inspector to perform detailed visual inspections of printed circuit boards (PCBs), printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs), sub-assemblies, and completed assemblies. Candidates must be able to inspect PCB boards for workmanship, defects, and compliance with

standards, production documentation, customer specifications, and established procedures. This position requires strong attention to detail and at least two years of related inspection experience. Key Responsibilities Perform detailed visual inspections of PCB boards and PCBAs after completion of manufacturing processes. Inspect PCBAs, sub-assemblies, and assemblies for conformity to documented requirements and IPC standards. Identify PCB assembly defects, workmanship issues, and other product or process nonconformances. Perform first-piece inspections of new PCB assemblies to verify they were built according to drawings, specifications, and production documentation. Clearly communicate quality issues to the Director of Quality and Compliance and other appropriate personnel. Document and report all product and process nonconformances. Maintain accurate production logs, inspection records, and related quality documentation. Perform other related duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Demonstrated ability and experience inspecting PCB boards and PCB assemblies. At least two years of related quality inspection experience. Current or previous

certification. High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong time-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and occasionally stressful environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office or comparable software. Ability to read and follow production documentation, inspection criteria, and standard operating procedures. Must qualify as a U.S. person as defined in 22 CFR 120.62, including a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident.
