Role:

NeuroSync is actively seeking a Quality Assurance & Assembly Associate to assist in building and testing new medical device units. This includes supporting data collection and report generation for our clinical comprehensive and general wellness reports. As a small, fast-moving team, we're looking for someone eager to wear multiple hats and jump into adjacent work - shipping, inventory, customer support, or other operational tasks - whenever needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the manufacturing and assembly of new medical device units. Help develop and implement quality control and process improvement initiatives. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving manufacturing defects or inconsistencies. Thoroughly document production processes, test results, and quality control measures. Setup and perform functional and performance checks. Ensure regulatory standards are always met. Collaborate with and support other departments as needed.

Skills & Qualifications:

Associate or bachelor's degree preferred. Hands-on experience in the industry (through coursework, projects or prior internships). Experience with Excel is preferred. Understanding of quality control principles ( familiarity with ISO 13485 and FDA guidelines is a plus). Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis. Detail oriented with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Pay:

$40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
