Job Description

Key Responsibilities Maintain and improve the company's Quality Management System (QMS) , including procedures, SOPs, work instructions, forms, and quality records. Manage document control activities to ensure quality documentation is current, accurate, properly approved, and accessible. Monitor product and process performance using KPIs, quality metrics, and statistical analysis . Prepare and analyze quality data to identify trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for improvement. Support the investigation and resolution of non-conformances, product deviations, and customer complaints . Perform and facilitate root cause analysis using appropriate problem-solving methodologies. Develop, implement, and track Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) . Support supplier quality activities, including supplier corrective actions and quality performance monitoring. Manage calibration schedules, records, and documentation for inspection, measurement, and test equipment. Assist with internal and external audits and ensure appropriate follow-up on audit findings. Work closely with Engineering, Production, Purchasing, and other departments to identify and resolve quality and process issues. Identify opportunities to improve quality, compliance, efficiency, and documentation practices. Support continuous improvement initiatives and implementation of quality-related process improvements. Ensure compliance with applicable quality standards, company procedures, and customer requirements. Maintain accurate and organized quality records and documentation. Perform other quality-related duties and projects as assigned. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Technical Writing, or a related field preferred. 3-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Quality, or a related field. Hands-on experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and document control. Experience with CAPA and root cause analysis . Knowledge of calibration processes, schedules, and documentation. Experience supporting supplier quality and supplier corrective actions. Experience investigating non-conformances, customer complaints, and product/process deviations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience using statistical analysis and quality tools such as Microsoft Excel, Minitab, SPC, or similar tools . Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a cross-functional manufacturing environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word. Preferred Qualifications ASQ certification such as Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), or related certification. Six Sigma certification . Experience working within an
ISO 9001
quality management system. Experience with manufacturing quality systems and controlled documentation. Familiarity with internal and external audit processes. Experience with continuous improvement methodologies and structured problem-solving tools. #
WOR Pay:
$30.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
