Assists assembly floor with inspection plan generation and engine shipments. Opportunities to serve as interface with external customer. Job Description Roles and Responsibilities This position involves working within the Lynn Engine Assembly Quality team as a support to manufacturing control and compliance functions. This role provides support to the larger development quality pillar by serving as the in-shop interface between turbofan assembly operations and quality/compliance. This role has moderate levels of hands-on tasks on the assembly shop floor. Essential Responsibilities Documentation and certification control Support for first article inspection where required Interfacing with customer focals to support various audits and/or shop visits Collaboration with Systems and Evaluations engineering Hardware release inspections, including engine shipments Support the Compilation Quality Daily, Weekly, Monthly Reports and continuous improvement Corrective Action Consolidation and tracking Support to Development Product Engineers as needed Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in a relevant field (or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years manufacturing experience) Desired Characteristics Highly organized and motivated Excellent interpersonal skills The base pay range for this position is $90,850.00-$105,000. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on April 8, 2026.
