Schedule/Hours:
36 hours per week Straight night shifts Every other holiday (EOH) Every other weekend (EOW)
Qualifications:
Active RN license Minimum 1 year of recent ICU nursing experience At least 1 year of prior travel nursing experience Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-acuity settings Strong communication and collaborative skills
Core Responsibilities:
Deliver advanced, compassionate critical care to diverse ICU patients Execute and adjust care plans in response to rapidly changing conditions Collaborate effectively with physicians, allied health professionals, and families Ensure meticulous documentation and uphold the highest standards of patient safety Offer guidance and mentorship to newer colleagues when possible
