Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Program Support Associate / Test Proctor to join our team. This position reports to the Director of Administration and Business Processes and will focus primarily on proctoring employee testing sessions, managing test-site logistics, and providing administrative and data entry support. Key Responsibilities Test Proctor & Site Point of Contact (Primary) Greet and check in employees arriving for scheduled testing sessions. Verify employee identity and eligibility prior to test administration. Assign tests through the Learning Management System (LMS) and grant appropriate user access. Provide clear instructions on testing rules, procedures, and guidelines. Monitor the testing environment to maintain a quiet, orderly, and distraction-free setting. Enforce integrity policies to prevent unauthorized materials or misconduct. Troubleshoot minor technical and login issues during testing sessions. Report any irregularities or policy violations to the appropriate supervisor. Administrative Support (Secondary) Perform data entry, transferring information from paper documents and hard copies into digital spreadsheets and databases. Operate common office equipment (scanners, printers, etc.) and support paperless office initiatives. Organize, archive, search, and manage file/data requests across departments. Assist with high-volume data entry projects and ad-hoc office duties. Evaluate daily workflows and suggest process improvements where needed. Maintain strict adherence to organizational policies, including equal opportunity, anti-discrimination, and anti-harassment standards. Qualifications & Skills Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer operations. Exceptional organizational skills with experience working in a digital/paperless environment. Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Flexibility to work varying schedules, including occasional overnight shifts.
Schedule & Working Hours Hours:
Up to 40 hours per week (5 days a week, 8 hours per day).
Shift Details:
Operations cover approximately 48 weekly hours. Shifts will be coordinated between the supervisor and employee and may include:
Day Shifts:
7:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Mon, Wed, Fri) or 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM (Tue, Wed)
