Job Description

We're looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Technician to help ensure our products consistently meet the highest standards. What You'll Do Perform product inspections and testing to verify compliance with quality standards and specifications. Conduct color verification, aggregate sieve analysis, and other quality control testing. Identify, document, and communicate quality concerns in real time. Partner with production teams to investigate root causes and implement corrective actions. Lead daily quality meetings and communicate prior-day quality performance. Support and promote our Quality Management System (QMS) through accurate documentation and process compliance. Participate in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and improve efficiency. Conduct and support 5S workplace audits to maintain an organized, safe, and efficient work environment. Safely perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs., standing, bending, and reaching throughout the shift. Assist with additional quality and operational projects as needed. What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED required; manufacturing or quality experience preferred. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work. Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement. Flexibility to rotate to night shift as business needs require. English proficiency required.
