In this role, you will set up and operate press room equipment, interpret work orders and blueprints, and ensure parts meet quality and safety standards. You will perform routine inspections, complete documentation, and support continuous improvement in a team-oriented, innovative environment focused on employee development and operational excellence. Responsibilities Set up and operate press room equipment to support manufacturing schedules Read and interpret production orders, blueprints, and specifications Adjust machine settings to meet quality and safety standards Perform routine inspections and measurements to ensure parts meet tolerances Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and notify maintenance when needed Complete required production and quality documentation accurately Follow 5 S, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet productivity goals Required Skills Press machine setup and operation Reading blueprints and work orders Use of measuring tools (calipers, micrometers) Basic mechanical troubleshooting Quality inspection and documentation Understanding of manufacturing safety standards5 S and continuous improvement practices Material handling in a production environment Basic computer/data entry skills Lockout/tagout awareness
